We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of Chevrolet vehicles.
• Provide accurate and transparent information regarding pricing, financing options, and available incentives to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and dealership objectives.
• Follow up with prospective customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to maintain relationships and foster repeat business.
• Utilize dealership CRM system to manage customer interactions, track leads, and prioritize follow-up activities.
• Stay up-to-date on Chevrolet products, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate product knowledge and advantages to customers.
• Assist customers with trade-in evaluations and facilitate the trade-in process as needed.
• Coordinate with the finance department to ensure seamless transaction processes and assist customers with financing and leasing options.
• Uphold dealership standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in automotive sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help customers find the right vehicle.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $58,118.00 - $67,339.00 per year
